نرم‌افزار mining باید حق مجاز را به operation اندازه‌گیری‌شده و payment حساب‌ده وصل کند

پلتفرم mining/extractives، licence، contract، site، exploration، work programme، production، stockpile، quality، transport، sale، asset، procurement، cost و payment را وصل می‌کند. هر quantity یا obligation گزارش‌شده باید به source evidence تأییدشده برسد.

authority دولتی، licence holder و متخصصان qualified geological، mining، environmental، safety، legal، finance و community مسئول right، reserve، design، permit، measurement، hazard، disclosure و payment می‌مانند. سیستم licence نمی‌دهد، reserve را certify، blasting را authorize یا site را safe/compliant اعلان نمی‌کند.

licence، contract، area و obligation

• licence/contract identifier، holder، area، commodity و status
• issue، effective، renewal، relinquishment و expiry date
• work، reporting، payment، environmental و social obligation
• map، coordinate، document و amendment تأییدشده
• owner، due date، evidence و review status
• معلومات restricted و publicly disclosable مطابق authority

legal record مرجع نزد authority مسئول می‌ماند. سیستم باید term تأییدشده و amendment history را reference کند.

exploration، sample و technical information

exploration programme، location، survey، drilling، sample، laboratory، result، document و cost را وصل می‌کند. sample identity و chain of custody stable reference می‌خواهد. resource/reserve estimate و interpretation به method و approval متخصص qualified نیاز دارد.

work plan، shift، crew و contractor

work مطابق site، pit/underground area، bench، activity، shift، crew، equipment و contractor تنظیم می‌شود. target، access، dependency، permit، inspection و completion evidence وصل می‌شود. production target نمی‌تواند stop-work decision را override کند.

production measurement و stockpile

production event باید source location، material، quantity، unit، time، measurement method، equipment، operator و approval را حفظ کند. extraction، hauling، processing، recovery، waste، stockpile و dispatch وصل می‌شود. survey، scale، assay و reconciliation difference review آشکار می‌خواهد.

quality، sampling و chain of custody

sampling plan، sample identifier، collection، transport، laboratory result، review و grade/specification تأییدشده quality را support می‌کند. سیستم adequacy sampling یا technical acceptance را خود تعیین نمی‌کند.

transport، weighbridge، sale و delivery

dispatch vehicle/carrier، driver، source stockpile، destination، gross/tare، net quantity، document، seal، checkpoint و proof را وصل می‌کند. contract، price reference، quality adjustment، invoice، collection و settlement authorization می‌خواهد.

equipment، maintenance، fuel و critical inventory

asset مطابق site/functional location با meter، inspection، preventive work، failure، downtime، part و cost تنظیم می‌شود. fuel، tyre و spare part receipt، issue و reconciliation می‌خواهد. explosive و hazardous material کنترول جدا legal/security نیاز دارد.

environment، health، safety و community evidence

inspection، incident، action، training، monitoring point، permit، grievance، commitment و rehabilitation ثبت می‌شود. owner qualified، hazard، threshold، investigation و response را تعریف می‌کند. dashboard جای field verification نیست.

royalty، tax، fee و payment

obligation می‌تواند به licence term، production، sale، price، area یا period وابسته باشد. calculation، declaration، invoice، payment، receipt و reconciliation وصل می‌شود. legal/finance formula، currency، due date و disclosure را تأیید می‌کند.

cost، budget و project control

cost مطابق licence، site، phase، work programme، pit، process، equipment، contractor یا cost centre تحلیل می‌شود. commitment، inventory issue، payroll input، service و capital project به finance وصل می‌شود.

remote operation، security و continuity

site کم‌اتصال می‌تواند offline capture، queued sync، device identity، conflict و reconciliation داشته باشد. access باید legal، technical، production، warehouse، finance، EHS و admin را جدا کند.

تطبیق، migration و UAT

تطبیق commodity، licence، location، unit، measurement، workflow، role، report و integration را map می‌کند. migration active right، obligation، master، opening stockpile، asset، balance و open work را اولویت می‌دهد. UAT correction، reconciliation، rejected quality، failed dispatch، payment adjustment، stop-work و offline recovery را می‌پوشاند.
